Man on the mountain- Only 1 copy of each ninja allowed. All jutsus and missons must have character's' in play or on card in order for them to be played or to work with. For example, Worst for Last misson would only work for Zabuza. Generic or background ninjas do not count unless they have been released as a ninja card. Yea good luck building for this one.
